Each matching entity is decoupled from its consolidation group.
Decoupled entities are not going to be consolidated by future matching policies
but can still be merged manually via consolidate-tasks endpoint.
If remaining contributors for each respective consolidation group
are a single entity, the group is dissolved, unified entities are removed and
contibutors are returned to a standalone state.

The action is applied in a background task.
If no query is specified, there is no operation executed.
