The removal is applied in a background task.
If no query is specified, there is no operation executed.
Entities are usually exempt from deletion if:
- in static datasets
- in public workspaces
- set in merge rules as master entity
- having tasks attached
- having drafts
If ignore_exemptions flag is set to True,
all checks except are bypassed and entities will be deleted.
