Update a relationship by ID.

patch https://ic-playground.eclecticiq.com/api/v2/relationships/

Restriction:

  1. Only data.key and data.description, and meta can be changed else a 400 is raised
  2. Other existing properties in data can be provided but only with the same value
  3. Any other root properties than data and meta are ignored
